eNGINE is hiring a Software Development Manager to join an enterprise-level team that supports digital operations across a multi-entity organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing projects that touch everything from internal business systems to customer-facing applications.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a growing team of software developers (onshore and offshore)
• Own the full SDLC for critical internal systems and services
• Guide architecture decisions, enforce code quality, and improve delivery processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders
• Manage deployments, timelines, and production support

Must-haves:

• 3+ years managing software development teams
• Strong background in ColdFusion, OR Java, .NET, or JavaScript development
• Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with offshore team management
• Familiarity with logistics, distribution, or transportation systems
