Overview I'm based in SF and run a content marketing agency for professional coaches (30+ coaching clients at the moment). I’m looking to revamp and modernize my existing templates for both photo and video posts. I will provide the original templates and a set of inspiration references to guide the design direction. Deliverables The designer will create the following reusable templates: Quote Post Templates (2 total) - Style 1: Twitter-style screenshot with coach’s profile picture. - Style 2: Simple text-only design. - Formats: 1:1 square and Instagram-optimized dimensions. Carousel Templates (3 total) - Style 1: Twitter-style carousel. - Style 2: Clean, text-on-background style (AI image background, white text, dark overlay). - Style 3: Enhanced version of the current carousel template with added flair. - All styles should be easily adaptable for different clients (profile photos, color palettes, and fonts). Video Reel Covers (2 total) - Style 1: Regular reels — bold, large title + client profile picture. - Style 2: Podcast reels — bold, large title + two profile pictures. - Both optimized for different clients with varying colors and profile images. Requirements - Templates must be editable and repeatable for different clients. - Final designs should be provided in formats compatible with Canva/Photoshop/Figma (to be agreed upon). - Clean, modern, and professional look tailored to professional coaches’ audiences. Timeline - Kickoff early next week. - I would hope we can get these completed by end of next week Future Opportunity Beyond this project, the designer may be considered for an ongoing role as the main branding designer for the agency — responsible for creating and updating client templates across all content formats.
