Social Media Strategist Needed to Build Brand Authority & Content Plan (Podcast + YouTube + Social Platforms) We are Johnny and Lara, relationship experts with 20+ years of coaching experience, ready to expand our online presence in a strategic, professional way. Right now, we have no active social media presence and no content strategy. We want to revive and establish our brand authority online and build a thoughtful, impactful plan that covers multiple platforms. We’re looking for a seasoned Social Media Strategist (not just a content scheduler or graphic artist) who can: *Audit our current online presence (or lack thereof). *Develop an overall content strategy that positions us as trusted authorities in our space. *Provide specific direction for one month of content (topics, formats, platforms, posting plan). *Advise on what content to create — including YouTube videos, podcast episodes, and short-form content (Instagram, Facebook, maybe even TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn). *Recommend best practices for podcast distribution and YouTube growth. *Guide us on messaging, themes, and content mix (authority, engagement, lead generation, storytelling). *Deliver a clear, actionable strategy document plus a one-month calendar we can follow or delegate. ⚠️ Important: Our audience is single professional women who are ready to get serious about preparing for and finding the true love, marriage, and family they’ve always wanted. You need to have experience creating content that speaks authentically to women and resonates with a personal development audience. If your background is only in product promotion or e-commerce, this project won’t be for you. This is a one-time project for the overall strategy + one month of detailed planning. If it goes well, we’d like to hire you on a monthly basis to continue creating the specific month-by-month plans as we go. What We’re Looking For: *Impeccable English. Spoken and written. *Proven track record in social media strategy for thought leaders, coaches, or similar authority-driven brands. *Ability to create a cohesive brand narrative and look and feel across podcast, YouTube, and social media. *Strong understanding of how to establish authority, grow followers, and create engagement. *Experience in messaging that appeals to single professional women in personal development, relationships, or coaching. *Clear communicator who can give us actionable, step-by-step direction on what to post, record, or repurpose each month. *Someone who can balance long-form content (YouTube, podcasts) with short-form snippets and written posts. Deliverables for this project: *Brand audit & positioning analysis. *High-level social media strategy across platforms (YouTube, podcast, Instagram, Facebook; optional TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn). *(after the above is nailed down) One-month detailed content plan (topics, posting cadence, formats). *List of recommended content themes (e.g. podcast episode ideas, video titles, social posts). *Practical execution guide we can follow or delegate. *use AI, sure, but not to generate everything. We expect you to think, talk, meet, discuss, research, and write the thing yourself - maybe with *assistance* from AI. But if all you can do is AI writing this project is not for you. NOTE: We do NOT expect you to edit the videos, but we do expect you to give direction to us for shooting and for who we have do that editing, chopping up, etc. We DO expect some copywriting. How much and what will be based on your expertise and project scope. Same with actual publication of content across all platforms-what, if any of that you do is up to you/what we work out.
