We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media Strategist to develop and implement a focused, value-driven strategy for our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Lemon8. Our company operates in the fashion and market industry, and we require a strategist who understands how to align our unique business values, mission, and objectives with a clear, effective plan of action. Our Core Vision & Strategic Goal We are not looking to participate in the "algorithm rat race" of high-volume, low-value posting. Our CEO's vision for Instagram and TikTok is for them to serve as digital billboards—high-impact channels used primarily for visibility and audience growth to enhance future partnership value. Our established, highest-performing social channels are Pinterest and YouTube, and the content on these platforms will be the foundation for the new strategy. The Strategist's Scope of Work The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with established companies and be prepared to take a data-informed approach to our current challenges: Platform Assessment & Strategy Development : Assess & Analyze: Conduct a thorough audit of our current YouTube and Pinterest content, performance, and audience. This data will be the basis for all new platform strategies. Develop a 90-Day Plan: Create a detailed, actionable strategy and implementation roadmap for Instagram, TikTok, and Lemon8 that specifically prioritizes visibility, brand alignment, audience quality, and platform compliance over sheer posting volume. The plan must include specific steps to address and mitigate the past Instagram account issues (see Key Context below). Implementation & Momentum Building: The primary role is strategic planning and setting up the system. The successful plan will be designed for a Social Media Assistant to execute. Content Strategy: Outline a content creation system that efficiently repurposes or adapts high-performing Pinterest and YouTube assets for the new platforms. Audience Growth: Propose targeted tactics to grow a high-value audience that will be attractive for future brand partnerships. Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist working with established businesses and aligning social strategy with concrete business values and goals. Strong analytical skills with experience auditing and leveraging content from Pinterest and YouTube. Expertise in Instagram's Terms of Service and content compliance, with a history of developing resilient strategies for accounts that have faced past flags or stability issues. A strategic mindset focused on quality and impact rather than simply chasing viral trends. Key Context for Strategist Urgent Instagram Stability Requirement: Our Instagram account has been repeatedly flagged by the platform, requiring us to start over numerous times. The successful strategist must make platform compliance and account stability a central element of the 90-day plan.
