Job Title: Online Marketing Specialist (Social Media & Local SEO Focus) Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Online Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for updating our visual content, improving engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand image for our plumbing services. Key Responsibilities: Yelp Management: Regularly update Yelp business photos to reflect recent projects and company branding. Optimize photo captions and ensure all images align with platform guidelines. Instagram Content: Edit and upload short-form videos (Reels/Stories) showcasing our work, tips, and service highlights. Write engaging captions and schedule consistent content updates. Google Business Profile: Upload and manage photos showcasing completed plumbing jobs and team highlights. Maintain up-to-date business information and respond to new content opportunities. Blog Management: Upload blog posts and format content for readability and SEO optimization. Update older posts with relevant images or internal links when needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media marketing or online branding (preferably for local service businesses). Strong knowledge of Yelp, Instagram, and Google Business Profile management. Video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, or short-form social content). Basic understanding of SEO and blog content formatting. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Tools (not required): Canva, CapCut, or similar video editing tools. WordPress or other blogging platforms. Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, etc.). Project Type: Ongoing, part-time contract with consistent monthly work.
