Project Overview: I’m looking for a skilled Social Media Marketer & Ads Manager to manage my brand’s online presence and run highly targeted ad campaigns. This project combines organic social media growth with paid advertising on Facebook & Google to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. The goal is to build brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales through a combination of content creation, strategic posting, and paid ads. What You’ll Do: Develop a tailored social media & advertising strategy aligned with my goals. Manage & post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager). Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, and/or YouTube campaigns). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, engagement). Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Deliverables: Content calendar for one month. 12–20 posts (images, reels, carousels, or stories depending on package). Daily/weekly posting across selected platforms. Setup and management of Facebook & Google Ads campaigns. Ad creatives (copywriting + graphics). A/B testing and optimization. Monthly growth & analytics report. Ideal Freelancer: Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads. Strong social media management background. Skilled in content creation (graphics, reels, captions). Familiar with conversion tracking & retargeting.
