About Us Homestead Kitchen & Bar is a family-owned, upscale restaurant and bar that’s been a Farmington favorite for 40+ years. With a modern menu, lively bar, and our new performance venue Side Stage, we’re more than just a restaurant — we’re a community hub for food, music, and connection.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and social-savvy assistant who’s excited to help us tell our story online, assist with new product launches and promotions, and keep our behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook): create, post, and engage.

• Assist with new product development and menu promotions.

• Help design and promote special events and live entertainment.

• Support administrative tasks: scheduling, project tracking, and communications.

• Create promotional materials (flyers, emails, press releases).

• Bring fresh ideas from food, beverage, and entertainment trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Social media savvy — you know what makes people stop scrolling.

• Organized and reliable — you can balance creative work with admin tasks.

• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

• Creative eye for photos, videos, and storytelling.

• Bonus: experience in hospitality, design, or marketing.

The Details

• Part-time: 10–15 hours/week, flexible schedule.

• $16–$19/hour, depending on experience.
