We are launching a new gambling-focused content channel and are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager and Video Editor who can help us build a strong digital presence from the ground up. This role requires someone who can manage end-to-end social media operations across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, while also transforming raw footage into engaging videos that fit the theme and tone of the channel. Because the channel is brand new, weekly hours will be limited at the beginning. As we grow—and with your support in attracting viewers and expanding our online presence—additional hours and responsibilities will be added incrementally. Responsibilities Content Creation & Video Editing Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for YouTube, Shorts/Reels, and cross-platform posting. Develop platform-specific formats, video hooks, titles, and thumbnails that increase click-through and viewer retention. Maintain a consistent visual identity and storytelling style aligned with the channel’s gambling theme. Social Media Management Oversee daily operations for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Plan and publish regular posts, stories, shorts, and engagement-driven content. Create visually compelling graphics, captions, and promotional materials tailored to each platform. Strategically schedule uploads for maximum audience reach and performance. Growth Strategy & Analytics Research trends in the gambling, casino, and gaming niches to guide creative direction. Monitor analytics and engagement data to recommend content optimizations. Implement strategies to increase followers, views, and overall channel growth organically. Assist in developing a long-term content calendar and posting schedule. Qualifications Proven experience managing social media channels and editing video content (portfolio required). Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies, algorithm behavior, and audience engagement techniques. Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Graphic design and thumbnail creation experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of online gambling content, casino gaming, or risk-based entertainment is a strong plus.
