Responsibilities: Create weekly Canva graphics for client brands (real estate, spa, youth sports, etc.). Write natural, engaging captions (conversational, non-robotic). Edit short-form video/Reels (basic cuts, trending audio, captions). Schedule and post consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and GBP. Follow SOPs for each client account (posting schedule, brand kit, tone). Report weekly on deliverables completed. Requirements: Strong Canva skills (graphic templates, brand kits). Basic video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro if skilled). Social media savvy: understands trends, hashtags, and engagement best practices. Strong written English; can match different client voices. Organized and reliable with deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience with real estate or local business marketing. Comfortable learning Meta Business Suite for scheduling. Hours: ~10–15 hours per week to start.
