I’m looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Manager to help me grow and manage my Instagram and Facebook pages. This is an ongoing role for the right person who understands content, engagement, and basic growth strategies. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Creating engaging posts (static, carousels, and simple Reels ideas) • Writing clear, engaging captions with relevant hashtags • Scheduling and posting content consistently • Basic community engagement (likes, comments, replies) • Helping improve reach, engagement, and overall page growth Requirements: • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager • Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth • Basic design skills (Canva is fine) • Good communication and fast response time • Ability to follow brand guidelines Bonus (Not Required): • Experience with Instagram analytics • Content strategy or branding knowledge • Engagement growth techniques Budget: Starting with a small test budget, with room for increase based on performance.
