Here’s how the workflow will look: • You don’t need to create content. I will provide the video content, captions, and scripts. • Your role: • Research and suggest trending topics weekly so I can create videos aligned with current trends. • Post the content consistently across platforms (5 weekly posts). • Optimize hashtags, scheduling, and descriptions. • Manage account growth strategies (organic engagement, insights, etc.). • Ensure all posts look professional, consistent, and on-brand. What I’m looking for: • Experience managing Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts. • Understanding of content trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms. • Strong communication and reliability. • Someone who can grow the accounts steadily and keep them active. Terms: • Retainer basis: $50 per month. • Long-term collaboration preferred if results are consistent.
