Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to handle multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and experienced with organic growth strategies — including engaging with followers, liking/commenting on relevant posts, scheduling content, and analyzing performance metrics. Responsibilities: Manage and grow multiple client social media accounts Plan and schedule daily/weekly content using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite Engage with communities (likes, comments, DMs) to build authentic reach Track performance and deliver monthly analytics reports Collaborate with our design and content teams for post coordination Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media marketing Requirements: Proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies Excellent English writing and communication skills Ability to deliver consistent posting schedules and engagement Knowledge of analytics (Insights, Meta, TikTok, etc.) Creative eye for visuals and captions (Canva experience a plus) Preferred: Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously Understanding of basic SEO and content optimization Compensation: Hourly or monthly rate depending on experience Long-term collaboration for the right candidate To Apply: Please share: Examples of accounts you’ve managed Tools you use for scheduling and analytics Your availability and preferred hourly/monthly rate
