About the Brand: Cardamom Kisses is a children’s clothing and lifestyle brand inspired by South Asian culture — think Indian sweets, regional scripts, and nostalgic motifs, all on buttery-soft bamboo fabric. Our voice is playful, cheeky, and rooted in Desi-American identity. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who can translate that personality into scroll-stopping social media content. Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can own our Instagram and other social platforms end-to-end — from ideation to posting to community engagement. You should have a strong design sense, understand how to tell a brand story visually, and know how to grow engagement authentically (not just through random trends). This is a long-term, part-time role with the potential to expand as the brand grows. ✨ Responsibilities: Create engaging, high-quality photo, video, and graphic content aligned with our brand voice. Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (posts, reels, stories). Manage daily posting and community engagement — replying to comments, DMs, and tagging relevant creators. Run and optimize ad campaigns focused on brand awareness and engagement. Provide monthly insights on content performance and suggestions for improvement. Stay current on trending sounds, cultural moments, and aesthetics that align with the Desi-American audience. 🌿 Qualifications: Proven experience managing social media for lifestyle, baby, or fashion brands (please include links). Strong eye for design, composition, and aesthetics — your work should feel premium and intentional. Comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Instagram Reels, analytics, and ads. Understanding of South Asian or Desi-American culture is a big plus.
