#Duties and Responsibilities The Contractor agrees to perform the following duties and responsibilities: #Content Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Align all content with company brand identity and positioning as a technology leader. Research competitors and identify trends to differentiate Leo Innovate. #Content Creation Create high-quality graphics, carousels, reels, short videos, and stories using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut. Write captions and copy that highlight Leo Innovate’s unique solutions (management platform, walk-in system, kiosks, TABI, marketplace, AI). Adapt content into both English and Spanish (with translations provided if needed). Repurpose existing materials (presentations, website copy, guides) into social-friendly formats. #Brand Storytelling Present Leo Innovate not just as software, but as a technology ecosystem similar to Apple, showcasing hardware + software + AI. #Communicate value to two audiences: Salon, spa, barbershop owners (practical benefits, easy-to-use features). Investors/partners (innovation, scalability, market leadership). #Engagement & Growth Manage daily posting, community engagement, and responses on all platforms. Monitor comments, mentions, and messages, escalating support-related inquiries to the right team. Identify opportunities for collaborations, hashtags, and influencer partnerships. #Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions). Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations. Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance.
