We are hiring a smart, fast-learning Virtual Assistant from the Philippines for a long-term role. ✅ Responsibilities: • Speak with clients via chat, email, or Zoom • Schedule appointments and follow-ups • Keep CRM organized and updated (we use Odoo) • Monitor leads and maintain clear communication • Learn fast, think clearly, and solve problems • Write and speak fluent English (professional level) 💼 Requirements: • Excellent English (written and spoken) • Fast learner with strong common sense • Organized and detail-oriented • Experience with CRM tools or willing to learn • Available to work in US Pacific Time (PST) • Must be reliable and looking for long-term work 💰 Starting rate: $5/hour — potential for raises based on performance and reliability. ⚡ Bonus points if you: • Have experience with home staging, real estate, or sales • Are familiar with Odoo, Calendly, Zoom, or Google Workspace ⸻ To apply, please answer these questions: 1.
