have a 3-level building with full architectural plans already completed. The architect will provide: • 2D AutoCAD files (.dwg) • A basic SketchUp model (.skp) I do NOT need modeling from scratch. I only need interior layout suggestions and styling. Your tasks: • Open the architect’s SketchUp model • Use the AutoCAD plans for accurate dimensions (optional) • Add interior layout concepts for each floor • Apply materials, finishes, and colors • Add kitchen/bath concepts where needed • Add basic lighting • Create 2–4 clean rendered views per floor (or key spaces) • Provide a styled SketchUp file that I can continue editing Final Deliverables: • Updated SketchUp model (.skp) • 4–10 rendered images (depending on spaces) • Optional: top-view layout suggestions for furniture placement • Basic materials list (paint, tiles, wood tones) Important: • You may use either AutoCAD or SketchUp as reference, but final delivery must be in SketchUp. • This is a small styling/layout job, not a full architectural rebuild.
