Job Description: I’m looking for a skilled 3D designer experienced with SketchUp to create a detailed 3D model of a residential home. I will provide the full floor plan, and your task is to translate it into an accurate, clean, and well-organized SketchUp file. Project Requirements: • Build a complete 3D model of the home based on the provided floor plan • Include walls, windows, doors, roofline, and room layouts • Clean layer organization and proper grouping/components • Model must be compatible with the latest version of SketchUp • Quick turnaround time preferred Nice to Have (Not Required): • Ability to add basic textures or furniture for visualization • Experience working with builders or interior designers Deliverables: • Final SketchUp (.skp) file • Any supporting files used in the process What to Include in Your Proposal: • Examples of similar SketchUp work • Estimated turnaround time • Your fixed price or hourly rate • Brief note on your experience with architectural modeling This is a straightforward project, and if the work is high quality, I will have additional modeling jobs in the future.
