Revise/Finalize grading, erosion control, site utilities and stormwater drainage and detention plans and landscape/tree protection plans for a small four lot (3 homes) subdivision in Williamson county, TN. Drawings are half way done but need some revisions/updates to get site package to finish line. We end up switching homes between lots 2 and 3 and revised base site plan but now grading plan and other drawings need to be adjusted. I also need some help in stormwater detention pond sizing (I will provide all local data, rainfall curves and specifications etc). Pond is preliminarily sized but capacity needs to be confirmed. Storm drains are done so we just have to show them on drawings. See attached drawings and I can provide you grading and survey dwg files. Ashfaq M
