I need a massing and grading plan for two alternative layout options: Option 1: Square building footprint, max. 40 ft (W) x 32 ft (D) Option 2: L-shaped building footprint, max. 40 ft (W) x variable depth The site is an up-sloping vacant lot. The primary objective is to design the rear grading to provide a flat yard area accessible from the middle level of a 3-story house. All work must be done in Revit, using the provided base file.
