Short-Form Scriptwriter for Food Creators (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) We’re building a platform that helps food content creators turn views into action, engagement, and long-term followers. We’re looking for a short-form scriptwriter who understands: Creator pain points Audience drop-off Hooks, clarity, and simple calls to action This role is writing-only. No editing. No posting. No social management. What You’ll Be Writing 15–30 second scripts for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts Scripts focused on real creator problems (e.g. followers can’t find the recipe, audience fragmentation, wasted time) Content that sounds human, relatable, and not salesy Deliverables (Per Script) 3 hook variations 1 main short-form script 2 CTA variations We provide clear problem definitions and product context. Your job is to package the message, not invent the strategy. Skills We’re Looking For Strong short-form writing and hook creation Clear, concise language (no buzzwords or fluff) Understanding of creator-focused content and audience behavior Ability to iterate based on feedback Experience with TikTok scripts, UGC writing, or direct-response content is a plus. How We Work Project- or batch-based (not hourly) Clear briefs and fast feedback Focus on output and results, not hours Long-term opportunity for the right fit Use of AI Tools You may use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up ideation, but final scripts must sound human and natural. Scripts are the source of truth — tools are just support.
