I am looking for an experienced Short-Form Content Lead to take full ownership of the TikTok and YouTube Shorts marketing pipeline for my upcoming Roblox PvP arena game Junkyard Clash, launching its beta in December. This is a long-term role, but December will be the most active month because of the Christmas beta launch. This is not just an editing job. I need someone who can plan, lead, and execute a full content strategy. You will guide the creative direction, manage editors, and turn raw game assets into high-performing short-form content. If you understand gaming, TikTok trends, and how to create polished content that drives hype, this role is a great fit. Responsibilities: - Content Strategy and Planning - Create a weekly and monthly content calendar - Plan ability reveals, VFX previews, UI teasers, map updates, and countdown posts - Build a daily posting plan for TikTok and Shorts - Develop a reveal sequence leading up to the Christmas beta - Identify trending formats that fit a fast-paced PvP game - Content Production Leadership - Turn WIP game assets such as abilities, UI, SFX, VFX, and map progress into strong content ideas - Maintain a consistent edit style and brand identity - Approve edits and request revisions - Build templates for TikTok and Shorts posts - Guide editors to produce clips that match your content direction Editor Management: - Assign tasks to one or more editors - Review drafts and provide clear revision notes - Oversee raw footage from clippers - Organize and maintain content assets and clip banks - Keep a steady pipeline delivering one to three videos per day Launch and Growth Management: - Build the full Christmas beta hype plan - Prepare mini trailers, teasers, countdowns, and feature reveals - Optimize captions, hooks, music, timing, and hashtags - Track performance and adjust strategy - Coordinate with a creator outreach manager when needed Requirements: - Strong experience creating or managing TikTok and Shorts content - Ability to lead strategy, not just edit videos - Experience managing editors or a content pipeline - Understanding of gaming or action-style short-form formats - Ability to work with incomplete assets such as prototype abilities, early VFX, and WIP gameplay - Excellent communication and organization skills - Must have at least four hours of overlap with US time zones (PST to EST) - Availability to work heavily during December - Roblox experience is helpful but not required.
