We’re looking for a magician video editor - someone who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Podcast YouTube Videos. You’ll be provided with raw video files (recorded via iPhone or Riverside.fm or sometimes Google Meet). Your job is to work your editing magic: make the content come alive, enhance the quality, add the right energy, and turn simple recordings into scroll-stopping videos that drive organic views and growth. Project Details: - You will get raw files from video podcast recorded (audio and video), you will be expected to provide Full Episodes (Audio and Video Files), YouTube Episode Trailer to drive engagement (creativity is important), 8-10 short video clips. - Focused on organic growth - not just volume - If the content gains traction, we’re looking to turn this into a long-term partnership Success looks like: - Videos that generate strong organic engagement and follower growth - A noticeable improvement in content quality and visibility over time - A collaborative relationship where your creative input is valued
