Core Services AI Image Creation Service AI-generated branded visuals for social media and marketing use. Subscription-based packages (3 tiers + a la carte). Client upload area for brand images or inspiration. Admin upload area for delivering AI-generated visuals. Approve/reject system for client feedback. Automatic delivery of approved files (download or cloud storage). Social Media Planning Services Option to manage and schedule approved AI images + captions. Integration with Shopify apps or external tools (e.g., SocialBee). Workflow: We create → You approve → We schedule/post. Packages to Include Starter Package – For small businesses or creators. Standard Package – For growing brands needing regular content. Premium Package – Full content management and scheduling. A La Carte – Pay-per-image or single post option. Each package should clearly show: Number of AI images/month Captions and hashtags included Scheduling/posting service included or optional Delivery timeline Simplified Client Workflow Choose Your Package → Select a subscription or a la carte plan. Submit Brand Info → Upload logo, website, social media accounts and brand history, visual and details. We Create → AI tools generate visuals and captions. Client Image Management & Approval System This is a key component of the project. We need a simple but powerful app or system that allows both clients and admin to exchange, approve, and deliver content efficiently. 1. Client Login / Dashboard Secure login connected to Shopify account/subscription. View package details, upload area, and image/post library. See pending approvals and download approved content. 2. Image Upload & Exchange Clients can upload brand assets or sample images with notes. Admin (Me) can upload proposed AI-generated visuals with captions. Version tagging (e.g., “Round 1”, “Edited”) is helpful. 3. Approve / Reject System Clients can Approve or Reject images. Rejected items can include comments for feedback. Approved content automatically moves to a “Delivered” or “Scheduled” folder. 4. Automatic Delivery (AI Image Service Only) Approved images are auto-delivered (email or download link). Option to store approved copies on Shopify’s server for easy access. A simple archive system keeps all client-approved images organized. 5. Scheduling Integration (AI + Social Media Planning Service) For clients who subscribe to both AI Image + Social Media Planning: Approved content is automatically transferred to a scheduler (e.g., SocialBee or other app). Admin can review before auto-posting.
