We run multiple Shopify stores (jewelry e-commerce) and are experiencing poor PageSpeed scores despite image/video optimization. Your task: Conduct a performance audit and deliver a prioritized list of issues + recommended fixes. We will NOT proceed with implementation yet (post-Q4), but need a clear roadmap. Scope: Analyze current PageSpeed results (13–33 score range) Identify root causes (e.g., duplicate GTM code, bloated apps, unused theme JS, server compression) Flag any risks to live functionality (checkout, tracking, Live Options app) Deliver written report with: Top 5 bottlenecks (ranked by impact) Estimated effort per fix (hours) Risk level per change (low/medium/high) Recommended sequence of fixes What we don't need: Actual implementation (yet) Generic advice ("use lazy loading") App recommendations without context Requirements: Proven Shopify performance experience (show portfolio or past audits) Familiarity with GTM, Cloudlift, Live Options apps Clear written communication (report will be shared with team) Deliverable: Written audit report (Google Doc or PDF) within 3–5 days.
