We are seeking a Shopify expert to help perfect our existing store and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Our shop is already live, but we need someone who can fine-tune the design, optimize performance, and ensure smooth integrations across all platforms. A top priority is setting up and connecting our Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop, making it easy for customers to shop directly through social media. You’ll also need experience with Klaviyo to ensure our email marketing runs seamlessly. This is an as-needed, long-term role with the potential for more consistent work as our brand grows. Responsibilities: • Refine and optimize our existing Shopify store for a polished, professional experience • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently • Set up and fully integrate Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop • Ensure Klaviyo integration is properly connected and functioning • Maintain and update Shopify apps and integrations as needed • Provide recommendations to improve site performance and user experience Requirements: • Proven expertise in Shopify store management and optimization • Experience setting up Instagram and TikTok Shops • Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and e-commerce email marketing • Familiarity with Shopify apps and third-party integrations • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver • Clear communicator who can work independently Nice to Have: • Experience with Shopify Plus • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices • Background working with fashion or lifestyle brands How to Apply: Please include: 1.
