Job Title: SharePoint Support for Small Business We are a small consulting business seeking a reliable professional to assist our team in troubleshooting accessing, working within, and switching between client SharePoint sites as well as exploring with us if we should move our business over from Google Workspace to Microsoft (and what it would take to do so). The ideal candidate will have experience with SharePoint navigation, Google Workspace, and providing support to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with small businesses. More information: Our business (4-5 people) is currently set up on the Google Workspace platform. Each sub-contractor that works with us has a designated email address within our platform. Our clients invite us to collaborate on documents on their SharePoint drives, but we regularly run into problems with access, functionality, etc. It becomes very problematic when we try to switch between clients and have functionality of MS Word, Excel, etc. We often end up locked out or stuck in SharePoint without the ability to open MS Apps. We need someone with a strong understanding of these challenges and excellent communication/teaching skills to work with non-IT skilled people. Ideally this candidate has supported consulting firms that regularly access client SharePoint sites.
