Project Overview I’m launching a global Digital Discipleship Training Program to help church leaders and believers grow in their faith through online training — without depending on printed books or travel. The goal is to create an easy-to-access online discipleship community where participants can learn, grow, and connect through Facebook and Messenger. I will provide and input all the course content. Your role is to set up the structure and systems so the platform runs smoothly and is ready for multilingual use (English and Swahili now, Tagalog and Spanish later). What I Need You to Do 🟢 1. Facebook Page & Group Setup • Create or optimize a Facebook Page for the Digital Discipleship Program. • Create a private Facebook Group connected to the Page. • Set up Guides (Units) so I can easily upload lessons (Week 1–9). • Configure group settings, membership questions, and posting permissions. • Add branding elements: cover photo, description, welcome post, and group rules. • Set up the group as a community hub where members can share prayer requests, reflections, and testimonies. 2. ManyChat Automation Setup • Connect ManyChat to the Facebook Page. • Build a simple automation flow that sends: o A warm welcome message to new followers. o Friendly reminders and encouragement messages to keep participants engaged. o Invitations to join the Facebook Group or specific course guides. • Include English and Swahili message options.( A way to choose the language • Prepare the flow so Tagalog and Spanish can be added later. • Integrate with Google Sheets or another simple tracker to log signups and engagement. 🤝 3. Community System Setup • Ensure the Facebook Group and ManyChat flow work together seamlessly. • Create a simple workflow showing how new participants are welcomed, guided, and encouraged to stay active. • Provide written instructions or a short Loom video explaining how I can maintain or expand the system. Deliverables • Fully set up and connected Facebook Page + Group (ready for lesson uploads). • Functional ManyChat reminder and encouragement system integrated with the Page. • Clear documentation on how to add new languages and manage community engagement. Ideal Freelancer • Experience with Facebook Pages, Groups, and community setup. • Skilled in ManyChat or Messenger automation flows. • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working with faith-based / Christian educational projects. • (Bonus) Familiar with mobile-first audiences in Africa or Asia.
