• Description
• The Service Drive Greeter, outgoing personality, and open to speaking with every person you encounter. He/she may also be asked to complete other tasks in the service department. Bi-lingual preferred, but not necessary. This is an outside position, no A/C.
• The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some detailing experience, a general mechanical aptitude, and an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record. Candidates must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles and work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.

• Responsibilities
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Some experience preferred
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly professional and dependable
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
