Our goal is to rank higher for insurance-related keywords—particularly commercial trucking insurance, general liability, and Texas-based insurance services—and to strengthen our overall online presence and authority. Responsibilities: Conduct a full SEO audit of our website (technical, on-page, and off-page). Identify and fix performance or crawlability issues (page speed, meta tags, alt text, etc.). Optimize website content and structure for search engines and AI indexing. Research and implement high-value keywords relevant to trucking and business insurance. Improve internal linking, headings, schema markup, and metadata. Build and manage backlinks to boost domain authority. Provide content optimization guidance to align with E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness). Develop a plan to improve rankings across both standard search results and AI-powered summaries (AI-SEO optimization). Deliver detailed before-and-after analytics reports (Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.). Requirements: Proven experience with SEO strategy and implementation (portfolio or case studies required). Knowledge of Google algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and AI-driven search trends. Experience working with WordPress or HubSpot websites (preferred). Strong understanding of local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization). Ability to perform competitor analysis and identify content gaps. Excellent communication skills and clear reporting style. Deliverables: SEO audit and action plan.
