Part Time Virtual Assistant About Us We are a small, fast-moving real estate investment startup using AI to accelerate operations, research, and decision-making. We need a highly reliable Virtual Assistant who can work in ambiguity, stay organized, and support day-to-day operations as well as ad-hoc projects. About the Role This is an hourly, project-based role to start, with an anticipated workload of 15 hours per week. Workload may grow over time based on performance, reliability, and evolving business needs. Because we are a small startup, priorities can shift quickly, we need someone who can adapt, stay organized, and keep things moving without constant supervision. You should be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, identifies gaps before they become issues, and proposes improvements. This role involves a mix of administrative support, digital organization, research, CRM updates, file cleanup, and operational tasks that help leadership stay focused on high-level work. We are an AI-forward team, so we expect you to actively use AI tools to increase efficiency, improve accuracy, enhance research, and streamline workflows. What You’ll Do • Executive support- email triage, scheduling and calendar coordination • Organize digital files and folder structures (SharePoint) • Enter and update deal information in our CRM • Clean and organize data in Excel (dedupe, format, structure) • Conduct research using both traditional methods and AI tools • Support general admin tasks across the company as needed • Assist with travel coordination and document preparation • Take on additional tasks in a startup environment where everyone pitches in Qualifications • Real estate experience required (investment, transactions, acquisitions, etc.) • Native-level English fluency (written and verbal) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Outlook, CRM systems • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity etc.) to increase efficiency • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with limited direction • Able to work during or near PST hours • Ability to create or refine workflows and processes In your response please include: 1.
