Team Leadership & Development Hire and lead a team of 2–3 AI software developers focused on reusable enterprise assets (agent frameworks, knowledge stores, connectors, microservices). Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in AI, ML, and software engineering. Foster a culture of innovation, rapid experimentation, and responsible AI development. Hands-On Delivery Design and implement reference architectures, prototypes, and production-ready agentic AI solutions. Collaborate with Innovation, IT, Cybersecurity, and business teams to integrate AI systems into existing workflows, data sources, and technology stacks. Develop a central library of AI assets (prompt templates, connectors, adapters, orchestration logic, reusable services). Strategic Enablement Serve as a thought leader on agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and emerging cognitive architectures. Influence enterprise AI strategy, ensuring architectures support scalability across 12 business units globally. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Cybersecurity to shape responsible AI guardrails and governance models. Qualifications Required 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with 5+ years specializing in AI/ML engineering or intelligent automation. Deep expertise with LLM integration and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI). Strong experience deploying AI/ML systems in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Advanced knowledge of API design, microservices, and system integration patterns. Proven ability to lead technical teams and build scalable enterprise solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and partner across technical and non-technical domains. Preferred Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with enterprise data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks. Exposure to reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or advanced AI research. Track record building shared platforms or assets supporting federated business units. What We Offer Opportunity to be a founding architect in TMHCC’s enterprise AI evolution. Ability to shape and lead a high-impact AI engineering team. Access to cutting-edge tools, vendors, research partnerships, and emerging technologies.
