About
- Partnering with customers to understand their business challenges and align our technical solutions with their long-term vision.
- Translating customer business strategies into scalable, secure, and efficient architectures (both technical and clinical).
- Conducting deep technical discovery with prospective customers to understand their unique workflows and architect solutions that demonstrate the value of Fabric’s platform.
- Architecting integration solutions across a customer's systems and external platforms (including EHRs and third-party APIs).
- Guiding customers on how to modernize legacy systems and streamline business workflows and data flows between systems using middleware, iPaaS, or custom integrations.
- Ensuring architectural decisions align with HIPAA, HITRUST, and current security best practices.
- Collaborating with our internal product, security, clinical, and operations teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure architectural alignment.
- Creating clear architectural diagrams and proposals for external audiences, showcasing how Fabric's solutions integrate into a customer's environment.
- Presenting complex architectural concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are a customer-centric professional who excels at acting as a strategic advisor, translating a customer's business needs into sustainable technical plans that drive value.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solutions role, or business systems architecture within the healthcare industry.
- A solid understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), and microservices architecture.
- Experience in healthcare IT and familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), HL7/FHIR standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato) and data strategy (ETL, warehousing, analytics).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to conduct technical discovery with clients and present to a wide range of customer stakeholders.
- Ability to travel, estimated at 10%.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices.
- Background working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
- A technical or product design background, or a clinical background.
