We’re looking for a Full-Time SEO Manager & WordPress Optimization Expert to take complete ownership of our website, fix the impact from the June Google Core Update, rebuild rankings, drive traffic growth, and help us outperform our competitors. This is NOT a beginner role. We need someone who understands technical SEO, WordPress performance, competitive analysis, content strategy, backlink building, and can manage the site long term. ⭐ Your Responsibilities 🔧 WordPress & Technical Management Optimize site structure, plugins, caching, schema, speed, and mobile usability Diagnose and fix all technical SEO issues (indexing, crawl depth, duplication, thin content, etc.) Improve Core Web Vitals and ensure clean architecture 📊 SEO Strategy & Google Recovery Identify the exact cause of our June traffic drop and rebuild visibility Create a long-term SEO roadmap to reach top rankings Monitor, analyze, and act on data from GA4, GSC, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog 🧠 Competition Analysis Analyze competitors in our niche Identify why they rank above us Build a strategy to outperform them (content, backlinks, structure, UX, authority) ✍️ Content Writing & Optimization Rewrite or improve existing articles and product pages Create new SEO-focused content (guides, blogs, category pages) Fix keyword cannibalization, map intent, build topical authority 🔗 Backlink Strategy Find high-quality, safe, niche-relevant backlink opportunities Build strong authority through white-hat methods Clean toxic links and monitor for negative SEO ⭐ Required Skills You must be highly experienced with: WordPress + plugins (SEO, performance, caching, security) GA4, Google Search Console SEMrush / Ahrefs SurferSEO Screaming Frog RankMath Keyword research & intent mapping Technical audits & fixes Backlink building & toxic link review Competitor research & SERP analysis Bonus points if you: Have experience recovering websites from Core Updates Understand negative SEO defense Know how to rank in high-competition niches ⭐ What We’re Looking For Someone who can take full ownership of SEO A problem-solver who can identify issues without being told A strategist who knows how to beat competitors Strong communication and reporting Available long-term (this is ongoing work, not one-time) If you know how to fix the June update drop, build authority, grow traffic, and turn our site into a top-ranked industry leader — we want to hear from you.
