We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Project Manager to lead key initiatives that elevate our sales execution. This role will be responsible for the successful transition to our new CRM platform, establishing and enforcing sales process discipline, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects and partners. This job involves being highly organized and constantly chasing down our reps, prospects, and partner reps. The ideal candidate is a certified Project Manager with proven experience working in sales. You will work closely with our CRM administrator to design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and team performance. Looking for someone who works the North American time zone with B2B SaaS Startup experience at a Canadian or American company and is fluent in both written and spoken English. Must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines. This is a wear many hats role, and the job will start out being quite ambiguous. We often tailor the job to the hire, so we often will experiment with different tasks until we find the right fit during the first few weeks. Must be used to writing daily written status reports and working with a fully remote team. This job will start out as a series of paid test projects for the first two months ramping from 10 hrs/week to 40+. Key Responsibilities 1. CRM Implementation & Change Management Lead the execution and adoption of the new CRM Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and proactively mitigate risks Partner with the CRM admin to document workflows and build scalable processes for opportunity management. Write SOPs 2. Sales Process Oversight Monitor opportunities in the pipeline and ensure reps are following up according to defined SLAs. Work with the CRM admin to design and implement dashboards and reporting, making pipeline health, rep activities, and follow-up status transparent to leadership. Surface insights and trends that highlight gaps or stalled deals. 3. Team Accountability & Resource Management Identify reps who are overloaded or underutilized and work with leadership to rebalance workloads. Provide clear visibility into performance metrics to drive accountability. Ensure prospects and partners receive timely responses by escalating risks or blockers quickly. 4. Scheduling & Coordination Schedule prospect calls, demos, and internal check-ins as needed to keep deals moving. Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and prepare summary reports for leadership. Responding to inbound communications when required. Assigning reps to opptys following an SOP. 5. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Define and track key Sales KPIs Recommend process improvements Ensure all improvements are documented and adopted consistently across the team. Qualifications Certification: Project management certification strongly preferred. Experience: 5–8+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in sales operations or revenue operations. Demonstrated success leading CRM implementation/migration projects and driving user adoption. Experience collaborating with CRM administrators to build dashboards and reports that support sales leadership. Deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with proven ability to turn reporting into actionable insights. Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing competing priorities. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days CRM SOPs and/or migration completed with high adoption across the sales team. Foundational dashboards and reports built in collaboration with the CRM admin and adopted by sales leadership. Opportunity follow-up SLAs implemented and visibly improving response times. Pipeline reviews running smoothly with actionable insights shared weekly.
