We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Zuora QA, subscription billing QA, and manual testing of e-commerce platforms (B2B/B2C). This role requires someone who understands billing workflows, invoicing, revenue recognition, and payment cycles in detail. Must-Have Skills (Keywords for Upwork Search Visibility): - Manual Testing - Test Case Design & Execution - Defect Logging, Tracking & Triage - Zuora QA / Zuora Billing QA / Zuora Test Analyst - Subscription Billing QA - E-commerce Testing (B2B, B2C) - Billing & Invoicing QA - Revenue Recognition Testing - Payment & Invoice Validation - Month-End Close QA - SQL for Data Validation - JIRA, TestRail - API Testing (good to have) Responsibilities: - Create, review, and execute detailed test cases for subscription, billing, invoicing, revenue, and e-commerce workflows. - Perform end-to-end testing on Zuora: subscriptions, amendments, renewals, bill runs, payment runs, revenue events, and accounting rules. - Validate pricing rules, product catalog changes, discounts, upgrades/downgrades, proration, refunds, cancellations. - Test e-commerce flows integrated with Zuora (checkout, payment gateways, order lifecycle). - Log, track, and triage defects with development & finance teams. -Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance on requirement clarity and test coverage.
