  • As a Senior Project Manager at Element Logic, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering large-scale material handling projects that transform our clients’ operations. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and field staff, and ensure every project milestone is met on time and within budget.   • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver material handling solutions by set deadlines, upholding Element Logic’s business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, IT, manufacturing) and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential changes.
  • Monitor budgets, identify risks, and ensure projects are completed within financial targets.
  • Visit client sites as needed to assess progress and ensure successful project closeout.
  • Maintain clear communication across all project participants to address issues and keep projects on track.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years’ experience managing material handling projects (conveyors, sorters, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% within the USA; on-site experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel in North America.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and service-focused.
  • Physical Demands
  • Regular use of phone and email; extended periods of sitting or standing.
  • Ability to inspect plans and drawings; tolerance for high-temperature environments (e.g., warehouse mezzanines).
  • Ability to wear PPE as required.

  • Years of relevant experience: 4 years in managing Material Handling projects (conveyors, sorters, etc.)
  • Willing to travel up to 40% of the time within the USA. Experience spending time on-site is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in Engineering, Project Management, or associated discipline.
