Job Overview: We are looking for a senior-level paid media freelancer who can own our entire digital advertising ecosystem — from strategy through execution, tracking, and performance reporting. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing high-performing PPC and Meta campaigns, creating landing pages for multiple cities, implementing precise conversion tracking, and integrating all leads into HubSpot for smooth funnel management. Important: You must be available and responsive during U.S. Central Standard Time business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday) without exception. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution • Develop and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). • Conduct detailed competitive research and keyword analysis for each target city/market. • Create and manage ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and budget allocation for maximum ROI. • Continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments. • Be fully available for communication and quick responses during standard U.S. business hours (8 AM–5 PM CST). Landing Page Creation & Optimization • Design and develop city-specific, conversion-optimized landing pages (Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, Instapage, or similar). • Implement best practices in CRO (conversion rate optimization) — fast load times, clear CTAs, and persuasive design. • Set up and manage A/B or multivariate tests to improve conversion performance across different cities. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting • Set up and maintain robust tracking using Google Tag Manager (web/server-side), GA4, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API. • Establish consistent UTM tagging, event tracking, and conversion mapping across all campaigns. • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or HubSpot). • Diagnose and fix any tracking or attribution issues promptly. HubSpot CRM Integration • Connect all landing pages and form submissions to HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead capture, tagging, and workflow routing. • Implement lead lifecycle tracking (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) and assist in building HubSpot automation workflows. • Maintain lead attribution and reporting integrity across campaigns. Performance Reporting & Optimization • Deliver weekly performance summaries and monthly deep-dive reports with recommendations. • Track and report KPIs such as CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and LTV:CAC ratios. • Recommend creative, budget, or channel shifts based on insights. ⸻ Required Skills & Experience: • Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Standard Time). • This is non-negotiable; consistent real-time communication during these hours is required. • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. • Proven success driving profitable ROI and lead generation in multi-location or city-targeted campaigns. • Strong experience with landing page creation (Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, Instapage, etc.). • Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel & Conversions API, and HubSpot integration. • Understanding of attribution models, conversion funnels, and cross-channel tracking. • Strong copywriting and ad creative optimization skills. • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. • Self-starter who can manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. ⸻ Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with server-side tagging, Consent Mode v2, or cookieless tracking. • Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or advanced reporting automation. • Experience in call tracking or dynamic number insertion. • Prior work in multi-location businesses (home services, healthcare, legal, etc.). ⸻ Performance Metrics (KPIs): • Achieve target CPA / ROAS benchmarks within 60 days. • Increase landing page conversion rates through testing and optimization. • Maintain 99% tracking accuracy across all campaigns. • Deliver weekly performance reports and monthly strategy updates on schedule. ⸻ Engagement Details: • Contract Type: Freelance / Remote • Duration: Ongoing (minimum 3–6 months preferred) • Hours: 15–25 hours per week (initial setup phase may require 30–40 hours) • Compensation: Competitive hourly or monthly retainer (based on experience and results). • Availability Requirement: Must be reachable and responsive Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. • Start Date: Immediate ⸻ How to Apply: Please include: 1.
