About the Role The Senior Manager, Learning & Technology Operations & Compliance is a strategic leader responsible for architecting and managing our learning technology ecosystem, ensuring it not only drives business outcomes but also maintains our critical security and compliance standards. This role is a hybrid of a technology leader and a compliance partner, accountable for leveraging technology to scale learning while safeguarding our data and operations. You will oversee the full-stack administration of our LMS (Docebo), strategically integrating it with our HRIS (Workday) and other systems to enable data-driven talent insights and ensure a seamless, auditable, and compliant training process. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic external partnerships, driving value and enhancing our market position. Key Responsibilities Strategic Platform Ownership: Serve as the chief architect and Docebo Superuser, with complete ownership of our learning management system. This includes managing content governance, user experience, and a holistic platform strategy that supports both immediate training needs and long-term career development. Systems Integration & Automation: Design and implement complex "recipes" and workflows within Docebo. You will be responsible for creating a seamless, automated data exchange between Docebo and Workday, ensuring accurate employee records, adhering to enrollment rules, providing robust reporting, and maintaining a reliable flow of talent data. Compliance Training & Auditing: Own and manage the entire compliance training lifecycle, encompassing mandatory SOC2 compliance training, security protocols, and other critical legal and regulatory training requirements. You will be responsible for creating automated reporting and providing data for internal and external audits to demonstrate our compliance posture. This includes managing root cause analyses (RCAs) and developing effective escalation processes for any compliance-related training failures. External Partnerships & Alliances: Act as the primary liaison for all strategic external learning and development partners. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and managing these relationships, ensuring they deliver a measurable return on investment (ROI). This includes leading RFPs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring our partners are aligned with our business goals. Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard of key learning metrics, including compliance completion rates and engagement data. You will be accountable for analyzing this data to demonstrate the direct business impact and ROI of our L&D initiatives to executive leadership. Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our learning programs, including budget management, communication, and logistical support, to ensure a high-quality employee experience that reflects our brand and values. AI for Learning & Knowledge Management: Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize our training programs and organizational knowledge sharing. This includes leveraging AI to personalize learning paths, automate content curation, and streamline knowledge access. You will be responsible for identifying efficiencies in our current processes—for example, by utilizing AI to summarize key information from training sessions, generate follow-up quizzes, or develop chatbots that can answer common employee questions. This will be measured by its ability to reduce time-to-competency, improve knowledge retention, and scale our L&D efforts without a proportional increase in resources. Required Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in a learning technology, HRIS, or similar data-centric role. Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Technical Acumen: Docebo Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience as a Docebo administrator, with a deep understanding of its API, "recipes" functionality, and advanced reporting capabilities. HRIS Integration: Proven experience with connecting and maintaining integrations between an LMS (Docebo preferred) and an HRIS platform like Workday. Data & Analytics: Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization, including using tools like Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and reporting. Strategic Mindset: A demonstrated ability to translate business goals into a concrete learning technology strategy. Emerging Technology & AI Acumen: Proven knowledge of the current and emerging landscape of learning technologies, with a specific, hands-on understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) can be applied to talent development, knowledge management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative tech solutions that drive business outcomes. Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and key stakeholders by presenting data-backed recommendations. Compliance & Security: A strong understanding of the requirements for SOC2 compliance and experience in managing security-focused training programs and audits.
