What You'll Contribute The Senior Manager, Campaign Operations will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across various channels What You'll Do Oversee, manage and optimize programmatic campaign activity across multiple DSPs, managing setup, optimization, pacing and performance delivery across video, CTV, mobile, and native channels Develop optimization strategies grounded in data and experimentation to drive measurable results. Build, negotiate and manage private marketplace deals Support the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Partner with the AdTech Partnerships team to best utilize the adtech architecture for Sallie Implement best practices to optimize campaign performance, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies. Ensure campaign integrity and compliance through rigourous QA, brand safety and adherence to privacy regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign. Oversee the planning and execution of campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met within specified deadlines. Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, banners, videos, and other marketing collateral. Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute campaigns, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights. Conduct thorough campaign analysis and reporting, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for future campaigns. What you have Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required. 5+ years of experience in programmatic campaign management, marketing operations, or a similar role, working with multiple DSPs Proven experience working across multiple media channels (display, video, CTV, mobile, native, audio, etc.) Experience building and maintaining PMP and PD deals with SSPs and similar. Strong track record of data-driven optimization leveraging audience segments, bid strategies, and inventory curation. Experience working directly with ad servers, tag management and pixels in various internal and external systems Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals. Solid understanding of campaign management tools, marketing automation systems, and CRM platforms. Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and metrics, with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
