- POSITION PURPOSE
- To review, process and on-board commercial purpose loans, i.e.: commercial real estate, commercial & industrial, oil & gas, agriculture, and SBA and consumer mortgage.
- * Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates loan risks for loan documentation.
- * Trains, coaches, motivates, and promotes teamwork among a staff of on-boarding post-close processing teams.
- * Makes decisions within delegated authority from senior management team within Loan Operations
- * Leads by example.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Trains new staff and provides assistance to current staff of commercial and consumer post-close processing team with complex loans and problem resolution.
- * Handles escalated complaints and provides problem resolution.
- * Manages daily workflow to ensure compliance with regulations and good customer service.
- PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
- 1. Loans are reviewed and approved in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and loan policy requirements and with established policies and procedures.
- 2. Professional business relations exist with Bank personnel. Assistance is provided as needed.
- 3. Required documentation is complete and accurate.
- 4. Maintains service level agreements.
- 5. Management is appropriately informed of area activities. Reports are complete and timely.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Loan Document & C & I, Commercial and Consumer Real Estate Documentation.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Time Management Skills a must; Prior experience in a financial institution helpful
- HIRING RANGE GUIDANCE: Senior processor: Leadership experience in credit, loan servicing or administration operations covering 5+ years or technical expertise encompassing 7+ years or 10+ years’ experience in loan covenant perfection, borrowing base calculations, DTI and LVT ratio calculations with an emphasis of complex commercial and industrial documentation.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
- 40 hours per week.
