You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of medical professionals by overseeing the integration of the Professional Practice theme across all four years of the MD programme. Your responsibilities will include:   Lead Curriculum Development: Oversee the integration and delivery of the Professional Practice curriculum across all MD years, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes. Foster Collaborative Relationships: Initiate and maintain key relationships across the University and with national and international partners to achieve strategic objectives. Drive Scholarly Activities: Engage in research and scholarship related to health professions education, contributing to high-quality outputs and conference presentations. Promote University Values: Demonstrate and promote diversity, inclusion, and high standards of ethics and integrity within the Faculty and University. You may be a great fit if:   You will have a health professional qualification registerable with AHPRA, coupled with educational expertise, and demonstrate excellence in health professional education, innovative course development, and leadership. Have experience in innovative course development, evaluation, coordination, and leadership. Exhibit strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. The department employs 160+ fixed-term and permanent staff in collaboration with our health service partners to deliver the education, research and engagement activities of the department.  This is complemented by a large, actively engaged network of over 180 honorary staff.
