Job title: Expert iOS Native Developer (Swift) Project: AI chat platform migrating from Flutter to native iOS. Immediate start. NO AGENCIES. Responsibilities: * Design and build the native iOS app end to end using Swift * Implement real-time chat, streaming responses, offline caching, analytics, and in‑app purchases * Integrate REST APIs, manage authentication, concurrency, and background tasks * Optimize performance, write automated tests, manage TestFlight and App Store release * Deliver weekly increments and collaborate with a distributed team under NDA Must‑have: * 5+ years building production iOS apps in Swift * At least one complex App Store release with 10 k+ active users * Strong skills in networking, async/await, GCD, Core Data/SQLite, and performance profiling * Experience with WebSockets or SSE for real‑time messaging * Clear English communication with at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific time Nice‑to‑have: * Experience in AI or LLM products * Background in porting hybrid apps to native * Familiarity with mobile CI/CD, Fastlane, and GitHub Actions Contract: * 40 hours per week for an initial 4-6 week sprint, extension likely Apply: Send a brief note on your relevant iOS work, links to live apps or code samples, availability, and rate.
