- * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including partnering
- with UX writers and researchers.
- * Knowledge of craft and visual execution with aesthetic sensibilities.

- As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft
- industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Like all of our UX
- jobs, you’ll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the
- Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that
- people love to use.
- In this role, you will elevate ad experiences across Google Maps. You will act
- as a dedicated design leader, owning the end-to-end user experience for Map Ad
- initiatives, guiding them from initial concept to successful execution.Google
- Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects
- and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up
- of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search,
- display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams
- create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We
- help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to
- YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable
- results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 +
- bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
- location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
- additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
- education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary
- range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional
- stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative solutions.
- * Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with
- wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
- * Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product
- experience updates.
- * Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and
- improvements.
