Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As a Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for leading and partnering on key HR initiatives and projects with Business leaders that drive business outcomes and organizational success. You will partner and support the delivery of HR talent processes and programs, ensuring HR baseline is healthy by engaging HR COEs. You will collaborate with leaders on all talent processes and programs utilizing talent insights and organization data to drive business outcomes. You will have a proven track record in HR business partnering, excellent communication and influencing skills and strong business acumen. You will be experienced in leading change efforts and working autonomously. In this role, you will: Lead key HR projects and initiatives. Support and lead people agenda within a key business group. Provide strategic partnership to business leaders to ensure talent strategies and capabilities support business needs. Provide leadership in transformation initiatives and efforts. Drive organizational health, Inclusion & Diversity, Equity and Allyship (IDEA), and engagement initiatives. Leverage our talent philosophy to ensure robust succession plans, build individual/team and enterprise performance management and manage workforce planning efforts. Analyze trends and metrics with business leaders to develop people and organization solutions, programs, and policies. Partner with VP HRBP, and other Senior HR Leaders to deliver key HR initiatives and projects. Partner with HR function COEs in design and implementation of programs and processes. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required 8-10+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4years as a HRBP, partnering with senior leaders/executives Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive results Thorough knowledge of human resources practices including organizational design, talent management, and culture/change management Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision-making and think strategically, applying business insights to formulate and drive HR solutions that achieve organizational objectives Sets the agenda, you are a business leader first who is sought out as a thought leader, an innovative leader and one who impacts the broader business agenda, not just the people agenda Has experience with change management and organization transformation with the ability to lead, initiate and support the change, adjusting direction when needed Confident, ambitious, and passionate leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and with saying no and offering alternatives in service of driving the agenda forward Skillful champion and influencer of cultural shifts that create diverse, equitable, and inclusive outcomes Makes informed business decisions through the use of data and analytics Strong learning agility, enjoys and excels in environments where he/she/they must tackle and solve new and increasingly complex strategic business challenges and issues Comfortable operating in ambiguity, may not always have the answers but knows where to go or how to solve Improves processes and how our people experience them, ability to turn complex into easy, know what needs greater focus and complexity and what does not Proactive approach to workforce development and talent pipeline growth / visibility Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with your customer and with HR colleagues Workplace type: Hybrid: This individual will work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $153,700 - $309,000 –Zone B: $140,900 - $283,300 –Zone C: $128,100 - $257,500 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
