We are building a digital workflow platform that connects multiple processes into one seamless lifecycle — from identification and review, through analysis, approvals, and reporting. The platform will serve as a central hub where data and insights flow across stages, with AI embedded end-to-end to streamline and optimize the process (not just bolted on as an afterthought). We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer/architect who can help us move quickly toward a working prototype and scale the system further over time. The project involves both ground-up architecture design and hands-on development. Required Skills & Experience: Strong full-stack development background (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python/Django/FastAPI). Proven experience embedding LLMs/AI into real-world applications (LangChain, vector databases, retrieval pipelines). System architecture design for modular, API-driven platforms. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL solutions. Cloud deployment: AWS or Azure with Docker/Kubernetes + GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD. Security & compliance best practices (RBAC, encryption, audit trails). Automated testing mindset (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
