Role Description

This role involves supporting the Professional Services and Customer Support functions within our global SaaS organization. You will play a critical role in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency across our post-sales functions.

  • Partner with leaders in Professional Services, Customer Support, and cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Product) to provide financial insights, align goals, and support strategic planning.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Services and Support functions.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (utilization, billable hours, backlog, attach rates, customer satisfaction) to drive operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, resource planning, and headcount optimization.
  • Prepare and present monthly business reviews, variance analyses, and ad hoc reports to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Communicate effectively in both German and English with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
  • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services and Customer Support business models.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Netsuite or similar FP&A tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
