W Grace Pte. Ltd. is a conscious development consultancy bridging Bali’s real estate and hospitality ventures with Singapore’s financial ecosystem. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance for our Singapore entities and villa-holding SPVs connected to projects in Indonesia. The role involves managing ACRA/IRAS filings, intercompany reconciliations, client onboarding, and cash-flow planning across multiple cross-border structures. You should have at least 5 years’ experience in Singapore accounting or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to offshore entities, SFRS/IFRS reporting, and the Indonesia–Singapore tax framework. The role starts part-time (around 50%) with flexibility to grow into a full-time Group Finance Manager position. We value independence, precision, and clear communication with international clients.
