We are hiring a Senior E-Commerce Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will focus on e-commerce clients with complex sales channels. You’ll work directly with QuickBooks Online and integrate platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, and Square, ensuring everything syncs seamlessly with A2X, Synder, and other tools. This is NOT a data-entry position. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in resolving issues on their own. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple e-commerce clients in QuickBooks Online. Maintain integrations from Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, Square, etc. using tools like A2X and Synder. Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant accounts, and sales channels monthly. Investigate and resolve discrepancies independently (payout variances, integration issues, etc.). Requirements: Must have prior hands-on e-commerce bookkeeping experience. Advanced QuickBooks Online skills (proof of QBO certification required). Strong experience with Shopify, Amazon (FBA/FBM), Stripe, Square integrations. Familiarity with automation tools such as A2X, Synder, or similar. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot sync/integration issues. Must be available during Pacific Time (PT) working hours. 5–10 hours per week to start (with potential to increase as we grow).
