We are a Credit Repair & Loan company with over 15 years of successful operations. We are seeking a Highly Experienced Dispute Manager to lead and manage our Dispute Department. We are NOT looking for basic credit repair skills. We are seeking someone with advanced dispute expertise, extensive hands-on experience working on credit files, and a proven track record of successfully removing negative items from credit reports. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s expertise and availability. Work hours are flexible, but overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Miami) is required. Responsibilities • Advanced Dispute Strategy & Execution – Analyze credit reports, identify inaccuracies, draft high-level dispute letters, track dispute cycles, and consistently achieve successful removals. • Dispute Department Oversight – Lead workflow, guide dispute specialists, review complex cases, and maintain quality standards and efficiency. • Client File Management – Manage dispute files from start to finish, sequence disputes properly, maintain documentation, and ensure timely and accurate updates. • Communication & Collaboration – Provide internal updates, coordinate with other departments, and suggest improvements to increase dispute success rates. • Compliance & Best Practices – Follow FCRA, CROA, FACTA, Metro 2 guidelines; ensure accurate documentation and secure handling of sensitive data; stay updated on industry developments. Qualifications • Very high-level expertise in credit disputing (required) • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on dispute experience • Proven success removing negative items such as: – Collections – Charge-offs – Late payments – Repossessions – Bankruptcies – Public records – Medical collections • Deep understanding of FCRA, CROA, FACTA, Metro 2 • Experience managing a dispute team (preferred) • Excellent written English (required for dispute drafting) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable • Able to work with minimal supervision • Must be able to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Miami) hours Salary & Compensation • Hourly rate: $8–$20 USD, depending on experience and results • Performance bonuses available • Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership • Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) How to Apply Please submit your resume and include: • Total years of dispute experience • Types of negative items you have successfully removed • Examples of proven results (no personal data) • Tools / credit repair software you have used • Any experience managing a dispute team Only candidates with advanced dispute expertise will be considered.
