MECCA Brands is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Manager with proven expertise across business, product, and technical delivery, and a strong track record in championing agile values, principles, and ways of working. The Role You Could Play This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can influence at the C-suite level while also driving performance at the delivery team level. You will shape delivery strategy, build a high-performance culture, and guide teams through the end-to-end product and engineering lifecycle. You will be responsible for aligning delivery execution with strategic business priorities and financial goals. Partnering with executives and leaders across product, engineering, and operations, you will design and optimise scalable delivery models, ensure efficiency, oversee budgets, and enable high-performing teams. You will also be responsible for: Driving the delivery of complex business, product, and technology initiatives that create measurable customer value and align with MECCA’s purpose of helping customers look, feel, and be their best. Shaping and implementing MECCA’s digital delivery operating model, balancing agility, governance, risk management, and financial discipline to ensure efficient, high-impact outcomes. Translating enterprise strategy into actionable delivery outcomes, managing dependencies, risks, and resources to maximise ROI and ensure transparent, measurable results. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, collaborating with business, product, engineering, operations, and external partners to align priorities and deliver cohesive execution. Leading and coaching delivery managers, product owners, and technical leaders, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Championing agile values while leveraging hybrid approaches where needed, refining frameworks and processes through retrospectives and organisational feedback loops. Partnering with technical leaders to advance DevOps maturity, optimise CI/CD pipelines, and embed best-practice engineering standards that balance speed, quality, and stability. What You Will Bring As a visible and inspiring culture-builder, you will unlock efficiency, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable business outcomes that drive transformative impact for both MECCA and our customers. You will also be able to demonstrate: 10+ years’ experience in delivery leadership across business, product, operations, and technology in complex digital environments. Proven success in scaled digital product and program delivery, leading cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments. Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, with experience embedding them at enterprise scale. Strong expertise in CI/CD operations, DevOps practices, and optimisation of the software delivery lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to design and embed scalable operating models, frameworks, and governance across portfolios and programs. Commercial and financial acumen with experience in budget ownership, portfolio management, and investment planning. Proven ability to engage confidently with boards and executives while building trust and influence at the team level. Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills. Track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams, with a passion for cultivating cultures of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
